She uses a layered approach to treatment, which includes lifestyle and functional activity advice, manual therapy and exercise for muscular and joint dysfunction. Anneka’s experience has given her a strong ethos for integrating person-centred care in order to optimise physical function and overall wellbeing.
Anneka lives with her husband and two young children. When she gets some free-time she enjoys playing netball and trying to watch a film without falling asleep!
