Kelvin graduated as a physiotherapist in 2012 from Monash University, Australia. He has since worked extensively in the private practice setting, treating a wide range of orthopaedic, sports, and chronic injuries. In 2017, Kelvin completed his Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, and plans to completed his Masters in the near future.
He was responsible for the Melbourne Rebels Rugby 7’s at the Australian National Sevens Championship in 2016, and was the lead physiotherapist for a State-League Football Team prior to his arrival in the UK. His responsibilities included pitch-side cover for matches, concussion management, implementing injury-prevention strategies, and ongoing assessment and rehabilitation of the players throughout the season.
Kelvin places a heavy emphasis on evidence-based practice, functional assessment, and ensuring that his treatment and management is based on the patient’s specific goals. His approach combines manual therapy, Dry Needling, movement analysis, and functional retraining/strengthening.
Outside of physiotherapy, Kelvin is an active individual who enjoys training and photography. He is a keen traveler who loves exploring different cultures and meeting people from all walks of life.
