Pilates is a form of injury prevention and rehabilitation which blends strength and flexibility training. Teaching good body alignment and breathing, it improves core strength, posture and creates long, lean muscles.
BODYBALANCE offers mat work Pilates at both locations and small group Clinical Pilates classes at our Hertfordshire clinic. Sessions can be in small group classes as well as individualised, one-to-one sessions
Our Pilates instructors are all qualified physiotherapists with extensive clinical experience and have undertaken further training in Clinical Pilates.
