Trina Morris joined Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic in 2014, providing Sports and Deep Tissue massage. Trina’s clients range from office workers with chronic neck/shoulder tension to exercise enthusiasts to elite athletes who require regular massage to maintain healthy muscles and joint mobility.

Trina has over 10 years of experience in massage therapy, having attained a BTEC Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy in July 2006 from the London School of Sports Massage. She is a member of the Sports Massage Association, the leading Professional Association for sports massage therapists.

As a keen exerciser for many years and having encountered and overcome soft tissue injuries herself, Trina understands how frustrating it can be to suffer from muscular pain, which can have debilitating physical and emotional effects on the whole person. She uses the lessons from her own injury experiences to provide empathy, understanding and bespoke treatment for her Clients in order to treat, rehabilitate and prevent further muscular pain and tension.
