Shefali graduated from The University of Nottingham in 2009 and is an energetic, engaging, and a highly competent Physiotherapist in all aspects of assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. With more than 12 years of experience, she enjoys helping people of all ages recover and get back to their optimum level of health and well-being. Her approach is active and holistic, ensuring her patients stay well for the long term. She has extensive post-graduate training in Physiotherapy, is a great problem-solver and provides tailored, evidence-based treatment programmes to help her patients get better. 

Shefali started her career in the NHS before making the move to private practice. She has worked at a leadership level for a well reputed private Physiotherapy company in central London for several years, giving her access to a fantastic network of Physiotherapists, Sports & Exercise Medicine, Rheumatology and Orthopaedic Consultants.

Shefali specialises in the assessment and treatment of conditions involving bones and joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves. She particularly enjoys treating joint injuries of the lower body and spine, including sports injuries, fractures and before/after surgery. She has seen many patients with work-related aches and pains, and has extensive experience in helping women through pregnancy (in both the ante-natal and post-natal period). 

Outside of work, Shefali enjoys quality family time and is kept busy with a very active toddler. She has always led a very active life, with exercise and gym training being a core part of her routine. She enjoys healthy cooking, being in nature and travelling.
