Isabelle Casali

Massage Therapist

Isabelle graduated from Loughborough University in 2021 with a 2:1 in BSc Sport and Exercise Psychology. During her time at university, she gained valuable experience working in the industry during a year-long Strength and Conditioning internship with Dagenham Football Club. It was at Dagenham Football Club that her interest in the rehabilitation and treatment of athletes was ignited, working closely alongside the physiotherapist and obtaining her Level 3 Emergency Medical First Aid in Football (EMFAIF).

Following her graduation, Isabelle continued to expand her expertise, becoming a Level 3 sports massage therapist in 2022. Her journey in sports and physical wellness doesn't stop there. She has a rich background in sports, having been a dedicated swimmer for Epping Forest District Swimming Club from a young age, representing her district in numerous competitions. Isabelle is also a talented dancer, with a history of performing in examinations and shows from the tender age of 3. Her passion for dance persisted during her time at university, allowing her not only to perform in shows but also to compete, including at the largest university dance competition in the UK.

Isabelle finds immense satisfaction in her work as a sports massage therapist. Her true joy comes from helping her clients recover and witnessing the improvement in their injuries. Knowing that her skills are making a positive impact on their well-being is incredibly rewarding for her. Isabelle's expertise extends to various areas of the body, but she has a particular affinity for working with shoulders and calves. She enjoys a diverse client base but is especially passionate about helping those with aspirations of returning to high-level sports or an active lifestyle.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Isabelle's personal interests include going on long walks with her dog, watching sports, and socialising with friends. Her strong background in sports and her commitment to injury prevention make her a well-rounded and dedicated professional in the field of sports therapy.
