Jessica Rider
Specialist Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, Pilates Teacher

Jessica graduated from Kings College London in 2011 and has over 6 years of physiotherapy experience in private practice and sport. Jess has a passion for rehabilitation of sports injuries, with a focus on injury prevention. She promotes an active role in recovery and utilises a variety of treatment techniques to achieve results, including manual therapy and dry needling.
Having played lacrosse and hockey to a very competitive standard, Jess has a great understanding of a wide variety of sports and has the extra knowledge and skills needed to rehabilitate someone back to their optimal level of performance. She has been the Physiotherapist with Berkhamsted Collegiate School 1st XV Rugby team for the past 6 years, including working closely with the team’s strength and conditioning coaches to prepare programmes to improve performance and prevent injuries in the young athletes.
Jess is a Level 3 qualified APPI Matwork Pilates instructor, with an interest in both pre and postnatal Pilates.
Outside of work, Jess loves watching all kinds of sport and cooking for friends.
