Jessica graduated from University of Hertfordshire in 2013 with a BSc (hons) degree in Physiotherapy. After graduating, Jessica spent more than 5 years working alongside a large number of Orthopaedic Consultants at a private hospital, developing her knowledge in diagnosis and post operative rehabilitation with a particular interest in shoulders.

As part of her clinical experience Jessica has spent time at St George’s Park, working as part of the team for football specific rehabilitation. Jessica enjoys treating various conditions, both acute and chronic, utilising a holistic and active approach to achieve results and patient goals.

As well as working full time at Bodybalance, Jessica is undertaking an MSc in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at University of Hertfordshire and UCL, further developing her evidence based approach and hands on techniques for various post operative conditions, sporting injuries and musculoskeletal conditions (including paediatrics).

Outside of work Jessica lives a busy life with family and friends, enjoying the gym, travelling and testing her limits….. she has yet to overcome her fear of heights!
