Harry was introduced to physiotherapy as an adolescent, spending several years completing his own rehabilitation after multiple knee surgeries following a football injury. His experiences provided a motivation to become a physiotherapist, and first hand understanding of a patient’s journey to recovery.
Harry graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in physiotherapy from University of Hertfordshire in 2013, and has since spent time working in the NHS, semi-professional football, and more than 8 years in musculoskeletal private practice.
Harry has an active interest in strength & conditioning and nutrition, and their roles in optimising rehabilitation and return to performance. His approach to physiotherapy revolves around manual techniques, supported by joint mobilisation, manipulation and exercise prescription. He is also a certified acupuncture practitioner and is trained in intramuscular stimulation acupuncture needling. He attends seminars from industry leaders to remain up to date with current research, and works to apply these principles to the care of his patients; whether that person operates at a recreational level or is an elite athlete.
Outside of work Harry enjoys the gym, travel, mixing music, watching sport and the occasional skydive.
