Emma O'Lone graduated from Coventry University in 2019 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, having previously also obtained a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy from South East Technological University, Ireland. Emma has over 3 years experience working as a physiotherapist in the NHS, and more than 6 years working with a range of amateur and elite sports teams and teaching Pilates.
Emma has always been interested in sport, health and fitness, leading her to pursue her career in physiotherapy. In the NHS, Emma specialises in paediatric physiotherapy and has experience treating children across all ages, ranging from 0-18 years. She sees children for a range of developmental, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Emma also continues to work with adult sports teams; ranging from professional baseball to her native Gaelic Football.
Emma's enthusiastic and caring nature allows her to expertly guide and motivate her patients through their rehab and recovery, with both adults and children alike. She makes her treatment sessions engaging, with a focus on ensuring her patients, their parents and carers, have the understanding and support to achieve their goals.
Outside of work Emma continues to be a big advocate of health and wellness and (when she's not doing her own rehab) she enjoys running, going to the gym and travelling.
