Growing up playing sport competitively from a young age, Phoebe sustained many injuries and had firsthand experience with Physiotherapists and their role in rehabilitation. This sparked her interest in Physiotherapy with a particular interest in sports injuries. Phoebe studied Physiotherapy at Cardiff University and following graduation gained experience working in the NHS working in MSK outpatients, hydrotherapy and inpatient physiotherapy.
In 2022 Phoebe moved to New Zealand for a year where she gained experience in a private MSK clinic which also provided physiotherapy for Western Springs Football Club. Here she gained further experience in Sports rehabilitation and working with high level athletes. Phoebe has a particular interest in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy with a focus on the diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal injuries. She integrated the use of both manual therapy and exercise prescription to optimise recovery and facilitate patient's return to sport and activities that they enjoy.
Outside of work Phoebe is a sports enthusiast and has competed as an International Lacrosse player competing in two World Championships and a European Championships over the last 8years.
