Anna Beldham

Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Anna is a New Zealand trained physiotherapist graduating from Otago University in 2007. She made London her home in 2010 and now has more than 10 years experience in the UK; working in the NHS, private hospitals and private practice. She has extensive knowledge of complex conditions, orthopaedics and the complete pathway of pre- and post-operative management.

Anna treats all areas of the body but has a special interest in spine, knee and lower limb injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. She has an additional special interest in antenatal and postnatal care and rehabilitation. Anna is a trained APPI Pilates Instructor, experienced in matwork and equipment in both 1:1 sessions and classes, and is a member of the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).

Anna helps her clients achieve their goals by combining her knowledge of biomechanics, manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation. Her goal is to assist people return to their optimal level of function, be it high level sport or playing with the grandchildren. 

She believes in the importance of educating her clients and empowering them with self-managing tools to prevent further pain and injury. As a mother of two young boys Anna understands the time constraints of busy lifestyles, but also the importance of keeping up your personal health and wellbeing in order to maintain a happy and balanced lifestyle.

Outside of work Anna enjoys a good strong coffee, keeping active with Pilates, Yoga and running around with her boys.
