Willemijn is a Dutch trained physiotherapist who graduated in 2017 with a BSc (Hons) from University Thim van der Laan in Nieuwegein, The Netherlands. Since graduating she has worked predominantly in the fields of private practice and elite sport, particularly basketball, football and rugby.
Willemijn was introduced to physiotherapy as an adolescent, when her younger brother had to undergo surgery to both his ankles. The process of rehabilitation and road to recovery has motivated her to study physiotherapy and to this day she has a special interest in foot and ankle injuries.
She enjoys working with all types of patients, using an active approach to help them set goals and achieve results. Willemijn believes teamwork makes the difference.
Outside of work, Willemijn loves to go cycling. She enjoys going out for dinner and watching all kinds of sports.
